- 8 – 10 am RWCS Board Meeting (in the Minnesota Room)
- 2 – 4 pm On-Site Registration and Badge Pickup
- 3 – 5 pm 50/50 Raffle Ticket Sales begin
- 1:30 – 2:50 pm MidWinter Mini Show and Sale setup (Minnesota Room)
- 3 – 5 pm MidWinter Mini Show and Sale (in the Minnesota Room)
- 5 – 6:30 pm MidWinter Welcome Party – hosted by the Iowa Chapter & Friends ( Downstairs) ALL DAY Room Sales
Friday, January 30, 2026

- 8 am NEW FOR 2026 Vignettes of Vintage design using Red Wing Pottery (Hotel Lobby)
- 8 – 9 am Onsite Registration and Badge Pickup
- 9 am –10 am Education Workshop: Randy “Putter” Parpart and Tom Dvorscek “Ovals & Stamps on the Stoneware of Red Wing”
- 10 am RWCS Silent Auction opens
- 10:15 till NEW FOR 2026 Field Trip to West End Salvage featuring HGTV star Don Short
- Noon Lunch on your own
- 2:30 – 4:30 pm NEW for 2026. Design Workshop “Sustainable Decorating Using Vintage Designs in a Contemporary World”
- 2:30 – 4:30 pm Onsite Registration and Badge Pickup
- 4:45 – 5 pm RWCS President’s Welcome
- 5 – 6:30 pm Keynote Address: “Creating the Pottery We Love, from the Past to the Present” Featuring Ephraim Pottery and Potter Mike Robinson
- 6:30 – 9 pm Happy Hour- appetizers and a live pottery wheel demonstration by Ephraim Pottery
- 7 pm RWCS Silent Auction closes
- ALL DAY Room Sales & RWCS Fundraiser: 50/50 Raffle Ticket Sales
