The display room is a favorite part of the RWCS CrockFest each year. Members are encouraged to share their collections, put together beautiful vignettes showcasing Red Wing items in household decorating or help educate fellow collectors by displaying ephemera, pottery or other historical documents. It’s fun and a great way to be creative and meet fellow collectors.
All entries receive a regular RWCS Commemorative piece as a thank you. Displays are voted on by CrockFest attendees and the winners receive RWCS special commemoratives.
The display room accepts both competitive and non-competitive displays. Only competitive displays are voted on and eligible to win a RWCS special commemorative. Most non-competitive displays are put together by RWCS Chapters.

If you are interested in participating in the Display Room, download your display contract below and mail to the RWCS office. If you have questions, please contact the RWCS Business Office:

Who is eligible to display? Any RWCS member in good standing and registered for the Convention.
Is the Display area secure? The Display Chair/Committee/ and RWCS Board of Directors make reasonable efforts to safeguard the property of the displayers.
