“Each year the RWCS offers for sale a CrockFest Convention Commemorative to current members. It is a miniature reproduction of a vintage Red Wing stoneware, dinnerware or art pottery item. The sale of the commemoratives help to sustain the operations of the club. The identity of the 2026 Commemorative will not be revealed until the July 2026 Convention in Red Wing, MN. Commemoratives will not be sold after the end of CrockFest. If you have any questions, email me at commemorative@redwingcollectors.org

How do I order a commemorative?

ELIGIBILITY

• Each member can order one Commemorative or one Commemorative set, as well as one lottery piece and one mini jug. • Both Primary and Associate members are eligible
• Membership must be current through 7/31/2026. Click here, if you want to join or need to renew.
• NOTE: Commemoratives ordered by members with lapsed memberships will be contacted by the RWCS by e-mail or mail. Commemoratives will not be sent until membership is renewed. Members have until October 1 to renew their membership or the commemorative and money are forfeited. Membership expiration date is shown on your newsletter envelope.

COMMEMORATIVE SALES

• Pre-ordering is the only way to reserve a Commemorative. This is on a first-come, first-served basis while supply lasts. • There are 3 versions of the Commemorative. If you purchase a set, you will receive all 3 versions. If purchasing a single, you will receive one of the versions chosen at random.
• Pre-order price is $56 picked up or $65 shipped. If ordered after June 12, a $5 late fee will be applied to all orders, ($61 picked up or $70 shipped)

Every Primary and Associate Member can purchase the RWCS Albany Slip Wing Mini Jug with their 2026 Commemorative order.

NOTE: The photo above, is a sample. Actual item may have variations.

• The price is $63 (picked up at Convention) or $69 mailed. Limit of one per member.
• Jug will measure approximately 3 ½ inches tall.
• You must order a 2025 RWCS Commemorative (or the full set) to order the mini jug.

COMMEMORATIVE CONFIRMATION

IMPORTANT: Order confirmation will be sent to members VIA E-MAIL using the email on file. Confirm your email is correct when you are ordering. Please contact the RWCS office 651-388-4004 or membership@redwingcollectors.org to add or update your e-mail address. NO CONFIRMATIONS WILL BE SENT BY MAIL.

EARLY-BIRD INCENTIVE

A limited-edition Special Commemorative is awarded to the winner of a random drawing from all commemorative orders received in the office by May 1, 2026. The drawing will take place the next day and the winner will be promptly notified.

COMMEMORATIVE LOTTERY

• PRICE: $61 per piece picked up or $70 mailed.
• The lottery system is a fair way to sell surplus commemoratives.
• Only those who are pre-registered for Convention are eligible to purchase a lottery. Lottery will be selected at random from version A, B or C.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have to order a Commemorative?

Commemoratives may be ordered using the Convention registration form available in the March newsletter or online, by clicking here, and can be purchased at the regular prices until June 2nd, using the paper form or June 12th online. All orders after June 12th $5 late fee will be applied.

Can commemoratives be purchased after the Convention form deadlines?

Yes, Members may order commemorative up and through the last day of the convention (Saturday); but, there will be a late fee charge.

Who can pick up a Commemorative at the Convention?

Members wishing to pick up their commemorative MUST BE REGISTERED for the Convention. You may designate another current, REGISTERED member to pick up your commemorative at the Convention. Commemoratives are not available to pick up at any other location.

What if I don’t make it to the Convention, how do I get my commemorative?

Members who are unable to pick up their commemorative during the convention will be contacted by the office to make arrangements for shipping following the convention. The commemorative mail fee will also need to be paid prior to shipping.

Can a commemorative be mailed, if I am not attending the Convention?

Yes, members may designate their commemorative to be mailed. There is a mailing fee in addition to the cost of the commemorative.
