Board of Directors

The Red Wing Collectors Society is a non-profit educational corporation founded in 1977. It is governed by a Board of Directors acting on behalf of the Society’s members. The primary responsibility of the Full Board of Directors is the implementation of the annual Convention and MidWinter GetTogether, as well as representing the membership’s input. Within the Full Board of Directors is the Executive Committee comprised of the five officers and the non-voting Executive Director. The primary responsibility of the Executive Committee is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the RWCS Business Office and its functions, as well as serve as the Personnel Committee.
